Snowless in Upstate NY

You know, it's really something to sit in chilly but more or less snow-free Geneva watching the Weather Channel. The Federal City is closed for the 2nd day in a row! Yikes! And yesterday I was talking to my friend the William Smith Soccer Coach and Queen of All Things Winter* Aliceann Wilber. She was complaining that there's no snow deep enough for cross country skiing close enough to Geneva for her class group to get to, ski, and get back from in the Thursday afternoon time slot.

*she taught me - me - how to skate and cross-country ski.

Even in Nashville, it's snowing/sleeting/freeziing-slushing enough for the public schools to be out today. Enjoy your balmy February day.
