New Uses for Kudzu!
Somehow this seems less vital than the headline - extract of kudzu reduces alcoholic cravings in rats. Southerners just want it to all VANISH.

Yeah, alcoholic rats are really not that much of a problem down here. If it repelled fruit flies, now...

My kids actually ate fried kudzu at church camp, proving that anything tastes good when sauteed in olive oil and seasoned with a little salt & pepper.
