Doug Kmiec - bad father?
Hey - his endorsement of Obama on the grounds of superior pro-lifedom is irrelevant here. According to Wikipedia his five children are named:
Kloe Kmiec, Kolleen Kmiec, Kiley Kmiec, Katherine Kmiec, and Keenan Kmiec.
That's probably actionable.
I grew up with a family of double-Js. I always felt faint pity for the children, and hope that it was not a multi-generational problem.

not as bad as all the larry eagleburgers or the Palin kids' names.
thelrd in TEXAS also a larry
.....Oh my - I didn't know about the Lawrence Eagleburger phenomenon. That one may be actionable, too. And yes, 5 children with double initials is worse than the Palin brood's names - though some of them are funny names, none of them are spelled in such a way that they'll have to explain them over the phone every time they ever deal with customer service. --MCT

Not to mention when the names are horribly artificial

My initials were M.M. - so I grew up with the stigma of being compared to Marilyn Monroe, and then my mother gave me the middle intial "A" - not good for a boy - M.A.M.
.....Yes, initials that spell anything would also be actionable if I ruled the world! --MCT

KK is bad, but pray tell what is the middle initial?
