Grading! Grading! Grading!
Nothing like 8 or 9 days of continuous academic obligations (including Sunday afternoon - what WAS I thinking scheduling presentations on a Sunday afternoon?) to make me need a little Psychokiller in my life. So here it is - music of my youth:
Or the version I saw live:
Or if you're in a Hugo Ball kind of mood (yes, 38 homeworks about Colleges' signage can reduce one to a Dadaist polysyllabic mess):

I have a mondegreen relationship with that song. When it was played on Danish radio back in the late 1970s, I always thought the line went ... "psycho chicken" (chicken as in poultry).
I would find the idea of having my assignment work graded by a demented singing chicken very disturbing indeed.

Wonderful! Especially the "live" versions. Did the roadies finally kill him?
I recentlly retired from Ohio State after 35 years. Oh how many times did "Pyscho Killer" play in my mind when dealing with particularly obtuse students? I also heard Steely Dan's "Hey Nineteen" when dealing with the culturally ignorant.
