The things you learn at Reunion...
It's Reunion Weekend at these Colleges and I just learned that there are seven kinds of malt and seven kind of hops in Saranac Black and Tan. Turns out the 4th generation proprieter, Fred Matt, is a Hobart alum - and he just conducted a beer tasting on the Quad. We're all happier now, despite the drizzle.
And now I know that buying Saranac indirectly supports the annual fund - yay!
